VOCO DUBAI BY IHG, Dubai – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely helpful; however, there were some issues with room assignment. The location is convenient near the metro and the World Trade building. The dining experience was good but with limited options.

My stay at the hotel was a truly warm and professional experience. The rooms were fully equipped with amenities and very clean, creating an aromatic ambiance. However, I had requested a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. Despite this, the room was so comfortable with amazing amenities and a great view over the Shaikh Zayed Road and Dubai Financial Centre.

The hotel had a good location despite the night time arrival. The rooms were clean and available at the very top. The service was hospitable and forthcoming, but a bit inflexible in some aspects. The location was excellent, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was excellent with a good selection, albeit slightly pricier. Overall, a great place to attend an exhibition.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with an amazing view of the financial center area, including the Burj Khalifa. The rooms were great with spectacular views, although the walls were a bit thin as I could hear other guests when they spoke loudly. The location was excellent, allowing for quick transit around Dubai. The dining experience was good but could be improved in terms of service. The service I received was exceptional, especially from Front Office Mohamed Elshenawy and Adnan.

My stay at the hotel was an amazing experience overall. The rooms were spacious and had a nice bathroom with the best view of the hotel. However, one downside was the room being a smoking room without the pictures frames on the walls. The location was great, with easy access to a 24-hour small market and being within walking distance to the metro/train station, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, it's only a quick 3-minute walk to the 'world trade center metro station. ' The dining experience was excellent with plenty of choices and well-prepared dishes. However, there were some disappointments with the cleaning services and not being able to use all the facilities paid for. Despite these, the facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and had a great view, perfect for a honeymoon. However, my room was a bit small. The service was top-notch, especially Mr Vijeesh who was so helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent with easy access to shopping malls via the WTC metro. The dining experience was fabulous with a huge variety of options. Overall, a great value for money with some room for improvement in room size and dining menu.
